Order Process

1) Choose your favorite product(s) and press << Add to Cart>>

2) When you finish shopping, click << Check out >>

3) Select shipping destination, delivery method, delivery details & payment method, then Press << Proceed to Checkout >>

4) Fill in Customer Details, Delivery information and Payment Details, then click <<Place Order >> to proceed payment

5) You will then receive an e-mail confirmation. You can review/check the order status at any time via the link mentioned on e-mail.

6) Normally it takes 1-3 working days for goods be ready and be sent out. An e-mail will be sent to you once parcel being sent.

Delivery &Courier Fee

After payment has been received, normally goods will be passed to courier company within 1-3 working days and will be delivered to your requested destination around 5-7 working days. An e-mail about tracking no. will be sent to you once parcel be passed to courier company.

For order amount less than HK$250, delivery charge of amount HK$ 22 for each delivery is required for below Local (HK)delivery methods [via S.F.Express]:

Modification & Cancellation of order

Please kindly send us an e-mail / message us within 24 hours in case you need to CHANGE / CANCEL your order(s). While NEOEN bags reserve the rights not to accept any change / cancellation request after 24 hours of order be placed.
