Return Policy

NEOEN BAGS offers a simple, hassle-free 5 days return/replacement policy. We accept return / replacement request of below reasons:

1)     Receive a damaged product

2)     Incorrect product received(either style / color)

Please contact us through e-mail: neoenbags@gmail.com within 5 days after received the product. Please state order number and provide photos if possible.

Return / Replacement will be confirmed within 3 working days, and after reviewed the returned product once we received.Replacement should only be the same style and color. In case the product is already out of stock, then either you can select full refund or exchange for other items.

Reminder:

l   Please ensure the products remains unused, not been washed, while tags and packaging box not be removed.

l   Please contact us within 5 days for return / replacement request after you received the goods and return the goods to us within 10 days

l   Each product can be return / replace ONCE

l   Return / replacement not applicable to Clearance Sale

l   NEOEN BAGS reserve the right of making final decision on all return/ replacement request
